SIZING

All garments are measured in inches, laying flat, and doubled. Each description includes an approximate contemporary size. To make sure the sizing is accurate for your needs, measure a well-fitting clothing item using the parameters to compare:

Bust: armpit to armpit

Shoulder: seam to seam

Waist: from smallest point of garment at natural waist, around.

Hip: from widest point below waist, around.

Sleeves: armpit to hem.

Length: from shoulder to hem for tops, from waist to hem for skirts/dresses.

CONDITION

Pre-owned goods may show minor signs of wear due to age. I always indicate any major flaws or blemishes, but tiny signs of wear (pilling, pinholes, fading) is normal with vintage items. All items are laundered or mended unless otherwise specified in the listing. Please refer to the following criteria when shopping:

Excellent: Like-new, no visible stains or tears.

Good: Sturdy garment, some mends, light stains, pilling, or pinholes.

Fair: Delicate but wearable, showing significant mending or damage but wearable with work or if the wearer does not mind some defects.

Poor: garments for study only or in need of significant mending to make wearable.
